Pelican Point is a peaceful, quaint community located directly along the Indian River (Intercoastal) in Titusville. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Onsite, the condominium offers a riverfront heated pool with cabana/grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with tons of social activities. Each of the three buildings within Pelican Point includes an elevator and laundry facilities on every floor. With Kennedy Space Center directly across the water and a brand new shopping mall across the street, you will have plenty of options for dining and activities. Titus Landing is within walking distance or you can drive across the street. Shops include a movie theatre, Hobby Lobby, Bealls, Tuesday Morning, Wayback Burgers, Pizza @ Titus Landing, Dunkin Donuts, Firehouse Subs, and soon Chipotle!
