It is also located across the street from one of the pools in the community. The unit has two bedrooms with a king bed in one and two queens in the other. The living room has a fold out couch if needed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked. This is turn-key, everything you need from sheets, towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. are all right there. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit. It is air conditioned, and the lanai is screened in. The Bird Bay Condo Association has an Olympic- sized pool and smaller community pools, which are all heated.
