Positive: Lovely house, spacious, good location, close to shops, trains and buses

Negative: Cold house, unable to turn radiators higher when needed. When I booked, the information said there was a heated pool, the day we arrived we received an email to say the pool was only heated from may to September, I wouldn't have booked this villa if I was aware of this. First night I went into shower and shower door fell off its runners, husband had to find a screwdriver to fix it securely, could have been very dangerous if one of the children had gone in before me. Dirty underwear left under bed in bedroom at top of house. There was no plug to fill and use the bath in the top bedroom, so we all had to use the shower room, which wasn't ideal. Would have been nice to receive a small welcome pack of milk and bread as most shops were closed when we arrived
