This perfectly equipped nice apartment (living, dining room & 1 Bed rooms) has a bright room with a small cover sunny exposed South balcony with a table and 2 chairs, giving to the forest, With a full equipped kitchen and a small nice bathroom with wc, sink and shower on a private woody and garden resident. Our sunny and lightly apartment (55 square meters) with its cute balcony is perfect for couple or a family of four or 2 couples.

You will find everything you would expect to have in an apartment. towels, bedsheets, duvet... a fan for summer, central heating for winter, a shower, one equipped kitchen, TV, even one washing machine.
Overall very clean, just renovated, and a lot of light because of its Southward exposure.

Saint Cyr l’Ecole downtown is 8 minutes’ walk. The apartment is just at 300 meters from the train stop (both ways).
From the Versailles train station (5' ride), it will take you 12 minutes by train to get in the heart of Paris or from St Cyr L'école (25' to Paris Downtown).
Bakery and Pizza deliver just around the corner, Post office, Pharmacy and Medical Center less than 5 blocks from home.
Cinema, about 4 restaurants and many shops less than 8 block away from the apartment.
During the warm period it is definitely one of the best places to enjoy lovely sunny afternoons at the bars or restaurant or take a quick jump to Versailles downtown market place or anywhere at Paris later on the evenings.
All the nice people from the area use to have picnics along the lovely Canal at the Versailles Palace.
It is a very young and family easy going area, with a private playground for kids, young kids and also teenagers … you will love it!
The resident is quiet and very calm, also the streets are very quiet at day and night.

You have access by public transportation from CDG and Orly airports as well as the major train stations. (18’ drive from Orly airport by Uber).
Every facility you need for a comfortable stay, and for getting around and going to Paris, in within 5 minutes' walking distance at the most. From the studio you are perfectly hosted for visiting The Palace and City of Versailles, the Châteaux of the Loire, and the City of Paris.

The little price for this Unit is due to the fact that it is a to 4to Floor without elevator and it is really close to the railway, at rush hour it could be noisy and anyway the train at different frequency right all day long beside night time in between midnight and 6 Am (approximately). Out of rush hour there one every 10/15’.
