For the hobbyist, or for extra storage space, there is a sturdy workshop in the over-sized backyard that offers full privacy with extended fencing. The 12,000 square foot lot offers ample parking and plenty of “room to breathe”. The home is located in Venice Gardens, a designated bird sanctuary with numerous neighborhood lakes.
The home comes with central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fans, and large screened windows so you can experience some of the freshest air you can imagine. For your entertainment, there is a 42 inch TV with Amaxon Firestick, and high speed wireless internet.
The kitchen is furnished with essential cookware and tableware, electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
