A shaded terrace, with full western exposure to the sun, runs the length of the apartment, and offers views over terraced lemon groves and vineyards, stretching away towards the towns of Minori and Maiori below.The apartment consists of 90 sqm (almost 1000 sqft). The entrance leads to a corridor with two comfortable double bedrooms, a sitting room with a single sofa bed, a ceramic-tiled bathroom with shower, and another bathroom with bathtub and toilet. These two rooms offer direct access out on to the terrace. At the end of the corridor is a spacious living/dining area with two sofas, a TV (Italian channels only), and a solid wood dining table seating up to six guests. A large glass sliding door bathes the room in light and leads out on to the terrace. The modern, blue kitchen is well-equipped and offers a gas stove, oven, two sinks, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, a very pretty decorated glass window opening onto the dining room. Behind the kitchen is a service room with washing machine and laundry supplies.Included in the rental price: English-speaking manager on call.Available upon request at additional cost: Luggage transfer service, chef service, food delivery, babysitter, cot and high chairThe apartment is 1.5 km from the main square Piazza Vescovado but a short walk takes one into the small Piazza Fontana, which offers a bar, a restaurant, and two groceries shops for immediate provisions. A larger variety of shops, restaurants and pizzerias, etc. can be reached by a further five-minute walk. Amalfi and the beaches are just a bus ride away (20 min.). The blue SITA buses leave every hour at the entrance to the tunnel outside the Garden Hotel. Amalfi 7 Km, Minori 8 Km, Positano 24 Km, Salerno 29 Km, Sorrento 39 Km. From Amalfi, boats and hydrofoils ply between Positano, Sorrento, Capri and Salerno. The services to Napoli and Ischia operate only during the Summer season.
