This condo, Unit 314, has all of the modern amenities you could ask for, with a laid-back seaside feel. Located on the third floor, rear side of the building with easy elevator access, you will find: Central AC, a kitchen fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes and glassware, cable TV, Wi-Fi, fresh linens, a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. The condo features a king size bed and a queen size sleep sofa in the living room, accommodating up to four guests. There are also two balconies with comfortable outdoor seating where guests enjoy watching the sunset after a day on the beach.
Activities such as surfing, river or deep sea fishing, scuba diving, golf, museums, nature excursions and day cruises are all within reach, should you decide to leave the beach!
