Summary: Was happy with the staff at United..unfortunately not so impressed with 'wotif' ( third party booking )..
Got to United only to find there was no room available ( one i had book 2 months in advance)..Had booking references Numbers and whats more ..i actually rang the hotel 2 minutes after i had made the booking ( just to confirm) and they said yes all is fine??
After a 45 minute wait while staff located us a room we had somewhere to stay..( myself and my two sons) one of which was flying out the next day to Australia for 6 months, so was a very important stay for me with my boys..(All up from chch for the night) to see Coldplay and farewell a son/brother .
Needless to say i will not be using a third party booking agency again..
