Other Things to Note:
- To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our pool cleaner will visit the property two times a week between 10 am - 4 pm. On the same note, the gardeners may visit too. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.
- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is one security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording 24/7.

We have a noise detector located in the living room and one on the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
