Kindly take note that in the event of misplacing or losing the placard, an additional fee of $125 will be incurred.
* Laundry Room: Accessible on Mondays only between 6am and 2pm. Shared with other guests.
*Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
*Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $45.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
*No Beach blankets or snorkeling gear. Only Beach chairs, towels and umbrella.

We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. *Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security oftheproperty.

The space
Very short walking distance to Madeira Beach, from this newly remodeled apartment. This cozy studio has a stand-up bathroom and has all the comforts of a home with views that are sure to amaze you and your traveling companion. Open the window and let the gentle sound of the Gulf surf soothe your soul. Granite countertop with new appliances, should you want to prepare your meals, or a short walk to many local restaurants.

The room is nicely decorated and furnished. On-site washer and dryer, 1 flat screen television, Wi-Fi, an electric oven, an electric stove-1 burner, and one designated parking spot are also included. This is a non-smoking apartment. Linens, towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags. We also have a voice assistance (G00gle home) in the unit. Laundry Room: Accessible on Mondays only between 6am and 2pm. and it's shared with other guests. Beach equipment is also provided for those frequent sunny beach days.

One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches, but also very near John's Pass Village, a sought-after destination for tourists and year-round residents alike.
