Pet Policy: ** This property does not allow pets. Please be aware that if an unauthorized pet is discovered in the home, we will request its immediate removal and levy an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.
Pool Policy: ** Pool heating is not included in daily rates and can be turned on for an additional weekly cost. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.
Heaters set to 86°F for proper chemical balance. Takes 24-48 hrs to heat. Once it reaches 86°F, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain this temperature. Additionally, if the outside temperature drops below 50°F, the electric pool heater will automatically shut down until conditions improve.
