We do NOT allow events( parties, get togethers, gatherings, reunions, ect)
We do not allow extra guests to stay if not in reservations.
We do not allow smoking in the house AT All and ask any smoking be done outside away from the house.
We are open to long stays (+30 days) but we fill up fast so book in advance!

There is security on them and entering/using/trespassing will result in a immediate termination of reservation with no refund.
