Summary: Brilliant option to explore Paris as it combines luxury, space and convenience. Right next to the Peripherique, with a secure parking and under 10 minutes walking to the subway and RER station. From there around 35 mins to Puces de St Ouen and similar to Pere Lachaise. 15 mins by RER line C to Eiffel Tower and 10 to Châtelet with line 14. Rooms are spacious with excellent sound proofing (although a mechanical background sound could be heard in the distance from our corner room, probably coming from the ventilation system). Beds and climate control als excellent. Breakfast is really good and the views are breathtaking. There are some restaurants nearby which are OK but nothing fancy. We did not try the hotel restaurant and bar.
