The house is located in an older established neighborhood. Neighbors are a mixture of students, small families, and other short term rentals. Don't be surprised if there is an occasional nearby party.
Door code will be sent prior to arrival. This will unlock the front door. Back gate can be unlocked if needed. I can provide code at a later date, but please keep locked if you are not on the property.

The switch for the overhead light in kitchen is location by the refrigerator, There is another switch by the back door that operates light over sink. The other switches by the back door operate a flood light and outdoor string lights.
There is bedding for the sleeper sofa in the hallway closet. We also have extra items in the case you forget like sewing kit, feminine products, first aid, etc.
