If you must smoke or vape, please take a stroll around the neighbourhood. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in penalties up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.
Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).
Also, no more than the stated guests may stay overnight. We have close neighbours and live nearby so we want to ensure we have quiet and respectful guests.
