Lounge beside the cozy natural gas firepits, indulge in mouthwatering meals prepared on the two 60" built-in natural gas BBQ grills and griddle, or cast your line into the stocked pond, alive with bass, bluegill, and catfish. To preserve the beauty of our nights, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the dark sky ordinance, enabling stunning stargazing experiences. Additionally, please maintain quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure harmony with our amiable neighbors, allowing everyone to relish their stay to the fullest.
Our home is located 1/2 miles down a dirt road. 4x4 or AWD is highly recommended in the winter, due to potential for snow storms. Tire chains are highly advisable as well.
Please note: there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property to aid with safety when the home isn't rented.
Our home does not have A/C, as it is not generally needed in Flagstaff. The bunk bed room has a mini-split system, which does heat and cool. There will be a swamp cooler available in the bar area to help keep the area cool. The main kitchen will also have a window A/C unit. Given the property does not have central A/C we strive to keep the property cool on the rare hot days so in addition there is also a fan in every room.
Quiet hours go into effect at 9pm. Please take all festivities inside at that time and turn off all non-essential exterior lights, to preserve the beautiful Dark Sky of Flagstaff.
Guest access
Our entire home is open to guests except for any locked closets.
Other things to note
Snow removal will be provided when 6 inches or more of snow has fallen.
Some amenities may not be available in the winter like fishing. Use of amenities is at own risk.
There are cameras on the outside of the property. Please note, KD Prime Vacation Rentals does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. KD Prime Vacation Rentals does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.
Amenities to come in the future:
As you explore the backyard amenities, you may come across the Rock Climbing Wall. This amenity is not yet accessible to guests but will be an added amenity in the upcoming future. As you venture on and play a round of horseshoes, you may find an Axe Throwing Pit. Though the Axe Throwing Pit is not yet ready for guest use it may be something to keep in mind for the next trip to the area!
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow two dogs. No vicious breeds. No other pets including cats are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $125 pet fee, per pet, per stay.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
There is no smoking on the property.
No parties or events are permitted.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
