Your fully furnished, dream home awaits! Dreamy lot backs up to the Legacy Golf Club. Home comfortably sleeps 12. Fully equipped kitchen. Smart-TVs in all bedrooms. Three separate living spaces, including family room and upstairs loft. Billiards and ping pong tables, along with board games in the entertainment room. Pool and spa (heated at additional cost). Covered patio with outdoor kitchen, complete with gas grill and mini fridge. Primary suite features large walk-in closet, balcony overlooking pool, spa and golf course - bathroom features garden soaking tub, separate shower and a separate water closet. Minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor, Downtown Phoenix, Arcadia / Biltmore, Scottsdale and all of the ballparks
Home is located nearest the 4th floor at the Legacy Golf Course - however, there are no golf course privileges with the home.
Fees for spa heating are $150 per booking, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. A separate Zelle request will be sent for payment or can be added here. Fee for pool heating is $250/stay.
As a note, pool and spa have an auto cleaning and filtering function, so you may hear or see them turn on at their programmed time.
The use of front fire pits and fireplaces is allowed, but guests are required to turn them off if they're unattended and/or at the beginning of quiet hours.
Because this property is located in a gated community and close to neighbors (whom we respect), we have a restriction from the Homeowner's Association for outdoor "quiet hours" to begin at 9pm. We ask that you please respect this rule and our neighbors.
Security cameras are at the back and side of property and are within sight of both pool and hot tub. Locations of security cameras are as follows:
1. The driveway
2. The front door
3. The side gate
4. Two in the backyard that cover the pool and spa.
Please note: Pool service provider is on property on Monday at various times. Gardener comes on the 14th of the month - every month.
