The space
Relax and unwind at the Farmhouse at Humphreys Peak! This beautiful, spacious home won't disappoint! Only a 15 minute drive away from the parking lot at the Arizona Snowbowl for skiing and snowboarding, this home is perfectly situated for daytime adventures to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, historic Williams, and beyond. This expansive property is the perfect place for kids to play and explore. This home features one private bedroom with king bed and en-suite full bathroom with shower/tub combo, smart TV with Apple streaming, and washer/dryer combo (detergent provided) for guest use located on the ground floor. The kitchen and spacious living area located upstairs feature a full size pull out sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen for meal preparation, powder bathroom, gas fireplace, and a 55" Roku TV with streaming capabilities. Enjoy a summertime outdoor bbq with the new gas grill. Home also features a private gym with everything you need for a good workout! This home hosts up to 4 people - for larger parties, please inquire with host.

Guests have the option of parking in the gravel driveway or parking in the paved garage.

Guests must log in and use their own accounts on streaming platforms such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu to stream shows.
Pets not allowed on the property. (Only certified service animals allowed.) A charge of $300 will apply if this rule is not adhered to by guests.
There are two adult bikes/helmets available for guests use. Use at own risk. Host/owner is not responsible for injuries or damages incurred by guests during use of bikes.
