Centralized in the resort is a large clubhouse with a fitness facility, tennis court, and beach volleyball court. An area dedicated just for the kids is the perfect playground for them have a fun vacation. The Italian theme continues with the vacation homes as they feature the red roof tiles and ample space for your family to have a memorable Tuscan vacation while still staying in the States!
**No Pets Allowed. Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book vacation homes and verification of driver's license is required in the registration process.** Grills can be rented by a local company by the week. Pool heat is additional at $35 per day with a 3 day minimum. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. The total price does not include the $75 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
