Our family stays in the main home on property and are thrilled to host your small family or group in this one bedroom, one bath house with full size bed and sleeper sofa.

The pool is not heated.
The Space:
We have a fenced in pool and fenced in backyard in which the house resides. We have a lab mix, border collie and young child who would love to play or can be kept out of your space!
Guest Access:
We have a big yard and dead end road that looks out on the lake. Lovely place to walk and relax.
The Neighborhood:
Few neighbors on large swaths of property on this quiet dead end road by the lake.
Getting Around:
Great place to walk, not far from a public park. Restaurants and activities are about a 15 minute drive into Tampa
Other Things to Note:
Chickens are roaming the property, but there are no roosters.
Interaction with Guests:
Josh and I live in the main house on the property. We will be available through chat and in person if anything is needed - just look for us in the backyard, or knock on the back door. Ashley does most of the communication, but Josh (husband) is also a cohost and does most of the fixing! You might also spot our 2 year old, Aoife. We are all born and raised in Tampa so you can ask us about the area and we will help you enjoy your stay in anyway we can.
