This can be your seasonal retreat in beautiful Homosassa Springs, the scalloping capital of Florida! Come and relax in a super clean and quiet, two-bedroom one bath apartment delightfully decorated in the Florida coastal living style. You will find this area to be a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of the big city! It is located off the main thoroughfare but right in the heart of all the wonderful opportunities to enjoy fishing, exploring, major theme parks, beaches, dining and the countless other activities you expect to find on the west coast of Florida.
This is our own personal vacation retreat. We find our location to be a quiet, friendly area and are very comfortable when we visit. It is in the center of a residential community, and guests should respect that factor.
Homosassa Springs is replete with (and widely known for) adventures such as viewing manatees and other wildlife up close. Waterfront restaurants are abundant and (especially) the seafood is superb. You can spend the day at world-famous beaches as well as forested parks for walking and biking trails or private picnics. Weeki Wachee Springs is just a few miles away where you can take restful, scenic kayak trips and even see live mermaids. Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Sea World, and more are just a short road trip away. The minimum stay is three days. Internet and cable tv, bed and bath linens, and kitchen necessities are provided. There are three parking spaces per unit, with room to park a small boat.
PLEASE NOTE! You will be responsible for following the rules and policies regardless of whether you have read them. so please familiarize yourself with our information. This is a NON-SMOKING unit and NO Animals are allowed for the maximum benefit of all guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. If evidence of animals or smoking is discovered following your stay, a $250 fee will be assessed.
You are required to provide the driver’s license of the person renting the unit as well as any adult actually occupying the unit. Also required is the auto license along with the make, model and year of the car registered to the occupant. You will receive the door code upon arrival (pending receipt of driver and auto licenses.)
Owner will not be responsible for theft or loss of your personal property. Please secure your belongings and lock all doors upon exiting.
