This home provides accommodation for up to 8 guests in Davenport. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, provided with cozy furnishings, air conditioning and a complete kitchen.
The home is loved but not new, you will find signs of wear to some of the furnishings, the sofas will be replaced in the next 6 months but none of this is at the expense of comfort and a perfect base for your family.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and a shower and other facilities for you. You will have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay. There's WIFI internet & a private parking for you, as well as linens & towels.
The master suite has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed & bedrooms 3 & 4 each has 2 x single beds. The bedrooms have wide windows bringing in natural light & overlooking the surroundings.
There is a washer & dryer at the home for guest use during their stay and a kitchen supplied with the appliances, pots, pans and utensils to enable you to prepare family meals at your ‘home-from-home’.
You may spend some family quality time in our garage that is converted into games area with the pool table which can be converted to a ping pong or hockey table! Ideal for the family vacation.
The pool table is showing signs of wear and so if you are a professional pool player it might not be perfect for you, but for family fun it is ideal!
You can also enjoy alfresco dining right next to the pool in the screen-off area and deck.
The house is well loved but not brand new. Please know this prior to booking. Some of the furnishings show signs of wear which is normal for a home of this age. Two of the televisions have a basic cable package with limited channels and some free to air channels are also available. Guests may choose to bring their own streaming devices if specific channels or films are important to your stay.
Pool heating is $30 plus taxes with a minimum of 5 nights and must be booked for the entire stay unless your stay is more than 14 nights.
Pool heating should always be booked prior to arrival. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, there will be an activation fee of $35.
If during the course of your stay you decide to purchase pool heat, then there may be an additional charge to cover the cost of sending a technician to activate the system. It is therefore always best to let us know in advance if you would prefer a heated pool during your stay as we can plan and organize this at no additional cost.
