Featuring 5580 SF of living space, with a fabulous Great Room overlooking the generous lawn and out to the lake. An open concept kitchen and dining area are adjacent to the living room room and walk out to a lake view deck with a large hot tub. Outside, a very large lawn is the perfect place for kids and kids at heart to baseball, basketball, fly kites, frisbee, soccer or whatever their heart desires!
The lake is quiet and this makes it a perfect place to be year round, whether you're looking to swim in the lake or relax on the dock at the cottage, adventure is always around the corner. Bracebridge is a short drive away and is ideal for those who love shopping and restaurants as the area is filled with an eclectic mix of stores and places to eat
