Slo Mocean, is one of the newer homes in Seaside that offers 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, sleeping 12 in total, all in exquisite beach style. As you enter Slo Mocean, you know it is something special. A large living area with beautiful hardwood floors sits off a large porch that faces Scenic Highway 30A – an exceptional place to enjoy your daily workout routine or morning coffee as you gently rock in one of 4 new rocking chairs. The front porch provides access to a spectacular private outdoor shower which includes two distinct showering areas each fitted with 3 separate shower heads. The outdoor shower leads directly into the mudroom/private changing room with a stand-alone ice maker, washer, dryer, plenty of hanging hooks and storage, and access to a large side porch that faces Seaside’s quaint East Ruskin Street. Three bedrooms are downstairs, all three are KING bedrooms and each has its own private bathroom. There are two king en suite bathrooms that have large double vanities. The furnishings throughout the first floor have a refined, local flair with pillows and other artwork reminiscent of the 30A and Seaside areas.
Up the beautiful wood stairs, you will find a large half-bath on the landing, and then to your left another gorgeous great room with generous seating, a large television, and lots of light from the outdoor living area complete with outdoor dining for 6 and 2 padded chaises. Extending directly off the great room is a dining table that seats 12 which is right off the amazing chef’s kitchen with bar seating for 3, a dedicated guest pantry, and a Romeo and Juliet balcony off the kitchen area. Also on the 2nd floor is a 4th king bedroom and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin, built-in bunks and a trundle for that last-minute overnight guest. Both 2nd-floor bedrooms have private, fully appointed bathrooms each with double vanity sinks. From the 2nd floor, you continue to the 3rd floor which houses a large sectional and TV, perfect for privacy after a long day at the beach. This room opens to a third porch with gorgeous, uninterrupted views of the Gulf and all of Seaside, outfitted with 3 chaises for private sunbathing. This is also a unique space to host your own private viewing party for Seaside’s July 4th and New Year’s Eve fireworks celebrations.
