Property Access
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire unit and building amenities. E-mail address is required for building registration. After registering, you will need to present the QR code to the concierge to access the unit. The reception is in Tower A on the left, whereas the condo is in Tower B. The reception is open 24 hours a day, so check-in is possible anytime after 11 AM.
Parking
Please let us know if you need parking (paid parking $34 per day). If parking is required, the make, model, colour and license plate of the vehicle must be provided. If you don't want to pay for parking, there is free street parking just before the traffic light on King Street North, Wellington Street and also on Walter Street. Street parking cannot be guaranteed.
Guests with reservations of 5 days or more are responsible for their own consumables and supplies after the initial supplies have been used.
We provide all essentials for a comfortable stay. If there is something that you need/don’t see advertised in our listing, please feel free to bring them for your stay.
