In the middle of April, the Florida weather is warm, the ocean is cool and blue, and the beach is all yours. We are pleased to offer our beautiful 4-bedroom, second-story timeshare for week 16 of 2018 (April 21st to the 28th). Unit #16 at Little Gull Cottages has spectacular, unencumbered views of the Sarasota Bay and is only a five minute walk to a beautiful white sand, blue water beach. In the afternoon, you can take a dip in the pool or fish off the dock right outside the unit. After you grill dinner by the pool, head over to the beach for a gorgeous but different sunset every evening.
Longboat Key is a narrow strip of land across the Sarasota Bay from Bradenton and Sarasota. It is 20 minutes from the Sarasota airport, one hour from Tampa, 90 minutes from Fort Myers and 2 hours from Orlando. Longboat Key features great shopping and dining in historic St. Armand's Circle just minutes away.
Our unit has been recently updated with a new kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a new master bathroom and a new deck. The unit sleeps 8 comfortably with two of the four bedrooms featuring king or queen-sized beds while the other two have two twin beds. The master bathroom has also recently been updated with a spacious walk-in tile shower and granite vanity. Every room has cable television.
Bring your large family to our spacious timeshare unit in April and enjoy the sun and the sea... and if you watch closely enough, you might just see a dolphin or a manatee!
