Hello and welcome to our beautiful home, your home away from home. If you love hosting events or need time away with family, this home is for you! Our fully furnished, newly renovated 2700 sq ft home has more than enough room to fit your needs. We are just 25 to 30 minutes away from Pearson International Airport, 10 to 15 minutes away from Trinity Common Mall and Cineplex Movie Theatre. For a quick bite we have Starbucks and Tim Hortons a short distance away along with dining in or take out options. Our double car garage and stone walkway are just the beginning! With various lighting options throughout the home to meet your needs, from reading under a chandelier lamp to dinning with friends under crystals you will not be disappointed. For breakfast of champions or coffee on the go, you will enjoy our signature piece – our 7 x 3 ft island table! Seated for 6 but large enough for more, this table is the pinnacle of hosting – whether cocktails, mocktails or hors d’oeuvres – your guests will be impressed with this showpiece. If large events are not your style, you can steal away to our walkout balcony for quiet time or get lost in our spacious master bedroom or bubble bath in our ensuite tub. To all our outdoor lovers, you will enjoy our large backyard space to lounge or host guests.

Planning to stay for a week or two? We got you covered! Our kitchen has an endless amount of cupboard space to store what you need and don’t need – you will feel right at home. It includes an island table, cookware, glassware, containers, cutlery, stove, full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven, dishwasher, cutting board and can opener.

Living Room/Dining Room – (2) couches, (2) lamps, mounted fireplace, 58-inch TV, Amazon Firestick, dinning table set for 7 with a variety of seating combinations.
Family Room – located near the entrance but designed for comfort – our family room is a great spot to lay low, entertain friends or knock out. It seats 5 or more people.
Top Floor
With grey walls and white doors our Master bedroom is fit for a King or Queen! It’s paired with an ensuite bathroom which includes a standup shower and tub for those relaxing evenings. (1) King Size Bed with LED Lights in Headboard, (1) LG 32-inch TV, large walk-in closet, dresser, and mirror.

Bedroom 3: (1) Queen size bed, closet, walk out balcony, adjacent to a bathroom.

MAX SLEEPING CAPACITY: 13; for every additional Guest, it will be an additional fee. A security deposit of $500 will also be required for all booking in the event that there’s any damages done to the home if there’s no damages or the rules are not broken the $500 deposit will be returned after inspection of the home.
