Property: Large property with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, it has a game room in the garage, a medium-sized driveway, and a large patio.
Guest: Maximum 16 guests.
Game Room: Has an air hockey table, pool table, darts, Pac-Man machine, Asteroids Machine, and Karaoke
Patio: Has a pool, toys, lots of seating, and plenty of space.
Dining Room: There is a dining table that fits 8 people and one baby high chair.
Kitchen: Pretty big kitchen with a large center island. It has a microwave, oven with stove top, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
The sofa bed and all beds are equipped with a memory foam mattress topper for better comfort.
First Floor Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom 1: King-size bed, crib, walking closet, private bathroom
Bedroom 2 / Study Room: Sofa bed, desk, closet.
Second Floor Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom 3: King-size bed, closet, tv, private bathroom.

GUEST ACCESS
Entire property/community amenities except for some owner's/ utility closets. Guests will receive full details regarding check-in information one day prior to check-in.

The neighborhood is located behind Medieval Timer Dinner & Tournament Events (4510 W Vine St, Kissimmee, FL 34746). It has a small playground for kids at the entrance of the community. It is very clean and quiet all the time.
There is a bus stop at 0.7 miles where you can take busses to the theme parks (but you need to make at least 1 other bus connection, and it will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to the parks). You can also order Uber, Lyft, or other taxi services to get around. Parking is available for two (or four, depending on the size) cars in the house driveway and on the side of the street depending on availability.
POOL HEAT (*optional):
-Pool Heat $40 per day (tax included)
The pool heater is only available for the entire stay and reservations of 3 days or more. The pool heater is automatically set to 95 degrees between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm. The pool might take several hours to reach the desired temperature depending on the weather conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours before check-in.
SUPPLIES
Every guest will be provided with a starter pack of toiletries and supplies. Guests are expected to purchase anything beyond what was provided in the starter pack.
Starter Pack:
-Each Full Bathroom includes: small bottle of shampoo(1), conditioner(1), and lotion(1), shower cap(1), makeup remover wipe(1), oatmeal soap(1), camomile soap(1).
- 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen
- 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom
- 10 sealed bottles of purified drinking water in the kitchen
- olive oil, white vinegar, sugar packets, salt, and pepper.

We also provide pool towels, bed linens, and Egyptian cotton towels for each reservation.
PARKING (2-car driveway)
-Vehicles parked on the wrong side of the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass are at risk of being towed at your own expense.
-No parking in front of other properties' driveways or next to the fire hydrant.
-Please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers, and boats cannot be parked within the Community. These vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
The housekeepers will arrive at 10:00 a.m. Any late check-out will delay the cleaning staff and negatively impact the incoming guest's experience.
Early check-in may be available only if the house is not booked for the day before your arrival date. Similarly, late check-out may be available if the house is still unavailable for the day after your departure. Early check-in or late check-out needs to be requested with enough time to make the necessary arrangements, and additional charges will apply; don't hesitate to contact the host for more information.

TRASH DISPOSAL
Please always use bags to dispose of trash in the garbage bins outside the property. Loose trash and food will cause odors and may attract pests.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
The property is scheduled for weekly and monthly maintenance, and professionals may visit the property during your stay to clean the pool, mow the lawn, perform pest control prevention, or other services. They will not enter the home during your stay, only access the patio.
CAMERAS
As a security measure, there are security cameras outside of the property:
-Patio Camera: off upon guest arrival, can be powered off/on by the white remote located in the kitchen.
-Entrance Ring Doorbell: on upon guest arrival.
-Kitchen Echo Show Device: off upon guest arrival
-Driveway Cameras: one is always off; the other is on.
-Side of property cameras: on upon guest arrival.
SEASONS COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
-Street Parking is prohibited on the property’s side of the street (several signs displaying it), on the grass, blocking the sidewalk, in the fire lane, or in front of the fire hydrant.
-Speed limit is 15 MPH
-Commercial vehicles cannot be parked within the community for more than 4 hours overnight
-Trash Cans /Recycle bins cannot be left out after trash pick up
-Quiet Time Commences at 10:00 PM
1- No parties
2- No smoking
3- No pets.
4- Do not disturb the neighbors; avoid loud noises after 10:00 pm.
5- Do not obstruct access to another property by parking your cars in front of their driveway.
6- Do not park blocking the sidewalk
7- Do not take any food to the bedrooms.
8- Respect the departure time; the access code to the house will expire on the date and time of check-out. Overstaying will result in a $100 fine per hour.
9- If something breaks, please notify the host.
10- If your stay period includes Tuesday or Wednesday, place trash containers at the driveway's edge (check how other neighbors are doing it). On Tuesday nights, the recyclable (blue lid) and Wednesday nights, the beige lid. Please return the bins to the side of the property after the garbage collection.
11- Respect the pool rules
12- The pool is scheduled for a professional cleaning and maintenance service every week. The pool is cleaned with liquid chlorine, so guests should wait at least 4 hours after the pool maintenance.
13- Respect the number of people indicated in your reservation.
14- Guests are responsible for cleaning the appliances and silverware they use. Non-compliance will result in a fee:
-Dirty oven ($50.00 fee)
-Dirty dishes and kitchen utensils ($25.00 fee)
