Master bath with tub/shower as well as a half bath - which includes a large vanity . New granite counter-tops, refrigerator and dishwasher, AC, and fresh paint. Enjoy your morning coffee on the backyard patio. Relax in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street and walk less than a block to four restaurants: Thai, Cuban, Mexican and German. All utilities are included. Near the bus stop, hospitals, Largo Mall. Six miles to Indian Rocks Beach and 7 miles to Clearwater Beach. Bike the Pinellas Trail, which runs the length of the county, or walk around John Taylor Lake; both just 3 miles away. Highland Recreation Center is directly behind the complex and has a beautiful walking trail around a pond, exercise classes, a pool, and tennis/pickleball courts. The villa complex has a pool on the property.
