HOLIDAY WWEEKENDS: minimum 3 night rental
SUMMER RENTALS: 7 night minimum rental Sunday-Sunday
WINTER RENTALS: 4 wheel drive strongly recommended for winter road conditions as there is a still hill to pass to access the cottage.
For long weekends we require a minimum of 3 nights booked. Summer Rentals: Require minimum 7 day rental Sunday-Sunday. Winter rentals: driveway is limited to 2 cars. Conditions in bad weather as there is a steep hill on the laneway. House must be left in the same condition as found. All sheets, towels and garbage must be taken with guests upon departure. Please do a final sweep through, wipe down counters, fridge cleared and dishes must be washed and put away. Please notify us if they are running low in any supplies. No debris should be left surrounding the firepit and firepit must be checked after use to insure no live embers are left unattended. Local bon fire restrictionsbe must be monitored and respected. No wood/plant debris on the property is allowed to be used for fires. Please respect and preserve the beautiful natural environment. Any damage to the cottage, furniture, decor or property is chargeable. If additional time is required for cleaning before the next guest checks in you will be charged at a rate of $50/hour. Garbage must be taken at time of check out as well. $15 will be charged per garbage bag left behind. Please respect our neighbors (wildlife and human), do not trespass, litter and be mindful of noise. We are a particularly peaceful lake and are not suited to parties or noisy groups. We want to insure a positive experience for our guest, our community and mother nature!
