Hi! We are proud to offer our humble warm home to you during your traveling needs. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Big backyard, for stargazing, chatting, or just quit time with a book.
The space
This house is a nice home a way from home. It sits in a really nice friendly neighborhood. Only minutes from the airport, downtown and the Westgate Area/Cardinal Stadium. There are also parks small and large within walking distance. Also if you are into hiking, South Mountain is notorious for a number of trails and paths (also just minutes away!) However you want to spend you time in Phoenix we are in the heart of it!
As an added feature, the house is disinfected with a bio based fogging to kill air borne germs and bacteria’s. Giving you a peace of mind while you’re here.
Guest access
The home has a keyless entry. Upon arrival entering the door is really easy. Just place your hand on the "Yale" Screen for a second, once the numbers appear, type in the designated code (furnished on day of arrival, plus the check mark). once you enter number code correctly you will hear the lock open. When leaving close the door and wave hand very close to number pad, and the door will automatically lock.
Other things to note
Out of respect to everyone else that will stay after you. There is no smoking in house. If you are a smoker, please be respectful of others by smoking outdoors away from the back patio. Also please put up your cigarettes, cigars as we don’t want to charge extra cleaning for such a thing.
Pets are only allowed in case by case basis and must be disclosed before arrival.
No animals are allowed on furniture.
Droppings are the pet owners responsibility.
