Positive: The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful

Negative: The room we booked wasn’t what we expected, we thought we booked a suite, the description said a seperate room with couch but we had neither. We were shown other rooms but none fitted the description. The photos of this hotel look a lot better than reality. The pool didn’t look clean so didn’t want to swim in it. The restaurant didn’t open till 8pm and the only option was burgers. The staff were lovely and very friendly though. The hotel had no name in the front so very hard to find especially when we lost cell reception.

Summary: Very disappointing except for the staff
