Summary: Pole lamp did not work. When I tried to move it to another Outlet, it stuck to the floor! Otherwise room was clean. Was glad there was a recliner in the room as that is where I sleep.Breakfast was a disgrace. There was no hot coffee for the 3 days I stayed there. When I complained to staff, they did not offer to make some fresh. Waffle iron and dispenser were on counter, but no pancake mix to be found. When I complained about no waffles or hard boiled eggs on the second day, the staff said that other people were there earlier and perhaps they ate all the eggs. The staff person just kept saying, "I'm sorry you feel that way," but made no attempt to make the breakfast live up to how is advertised on the marquee outside the hotel. I will never stay there again and have already told several friends about what a disappointment it was.
