There is a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room with a smart tv, dining room (seating for 6) large primary bedroom (king bed) with a full bath ( double sink vanity, and expansive walk in shower). Our guest suite is tucked away for additional privacy, boasting 2 twin beds, comfortable bedding and a large closet. The main bath is situated near the guest bedroom with a new walk in shower. If you are working remotely you can have a private space with a desk off the primary bedroom, the large windows boast natural light and sliding door access to the pool. We also have a 2 car garage & full-size high efficiency washer/dryer. Our home is a short ride to local beaches (Sanibel, Fort Myers, Naples) and also to Downtown Cape Coral where you can find your favorite restaurant, local artisan shops, and entertainment of all varieties.
