About the Apartment
This fully renovated apartment is designed for comfort and convenience. It features two bedrooms (one suite with a queen-size bed and a 32” Smart TV, and one bedroom with a double bed and two extra mattresses), a living room with a sofa bed, a 42” Smart TV, a dining table, and a balcony with a side view of the beach. The American-style kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, pots and pans, and basic utensils. It also has two full bathrooms and a small laundry area.
Bed linens and towels
Bed linens and a bath towel are provided per guest, as well as pillows, blankets, and a bedspread. Guests are requested to bring beach towels and extra items if they wish.
Beach and Garage Items
We provide three chairs and a parasol. The condominium offers an optional parasol setup service on the sand (please inquire at reception). There is one covered and marked parking space.

The apartment is located next to La Plage Shopping Mall and close to supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and the Boulevard da Rua Caminho do Mar, a pedestrian walkway closed to vehicles with various dining options and shops. Condominium Rules
The building is strictly residential. We ask that you respect the rules and quiet hours. We do not rent to groups of unaccompanied teenagers. We accept one small pet per rental, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in an appropriate place. Pets must be carried in your arms when transporting them in common areas. Damage or soiling of upholstery, carpets, or mattresses will incur an additional cleaning charge (R$ 300, plus repairs, if necessary).
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, guaranteeing complete privacy during your stay – in addition to being able to use the covered and marked parking space.
