- We are unable to accept deliveries on your behalf due to the lack of mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure the safe and timely arrival of items, please have them sent to your home address.

- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.
- We welcome a maximum of 1 dog with a $80 pet fee (no other animals, please). This fee must be paid in advance to secure your reservation; failure to do so will result in the reservation being void without a refund. Please bring a kennel to ensure the dog is safely contained when you're away to minimize the risk of furniture damage. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Note that the pet fee doesn't cover additional cleaning; extra charges may apply if needed. Please leave the place as if there were no pet present.
- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.
- Set the AC temperature to 80 degrees when checking out. HVAC companies recommend this to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
