Summary: Very nice, quiet, bright and spacious townhome in a newly constructed neighborhood. With our 3 teens, the home’s space was appreciated. Comfortable and clean beds. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of extra towels and linens (has an iron but no board). Host was fairly responsive to communications. Although the home appeared clean, as we started to unpack I could tell it was just ‘surface clean’ so I did do some cleaning after we arrived. Kitchen appliances and cupboards could use a good cleaning and some spaces a good dusting. TV remote was missing and although the host said they’d bring another, it never appeared over our 3 day stay. 2 smoke detectors still had contractor dust covers over them rendering them inoperable ( we removed the dust covers). I would rate this a 3.5 star but didn’t have the ‘half’ option.
