Working from home or just looking for a longer getaway? Sea La Vie is your place! Beautifully costal decorated, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers a comfortable sleep number king-size bed in the master that overlooks the ocean. Other rooms offer one queen and two twin-size beds to handle occupancy up to 6 guests. This AirBNB is setup to accommodate longer term stays due to the community rental restriction. The community offers private beach access, pool, BBQ Pavilion area and tennis courts.
Welcome to Sea La Vie. Located on the the 4th floor of the Sterling House in Melbourne Beach, you have the best views of both the ocean and the river.
As you enter the beautifully decorated condo filled with costal décor throughout, you will find the entry area where your private pool and beach key are located. We also have a basket to remove shoes before you continue down the hall to bedroom 1 and 2 across from one another.
Bedroom 1 is on the right and is equipped with two very comfortable twin-size beds, dresser, chair and 43" flat screen tv that offers streaming only. Bedroom 2 is on the left side and is equipped with a comfortable queen-size luxury bed, dresser, side chair and 43" flat screen tv with streaming and cable options. Both rooms 1 and 2 have large closets to handle your longer stay.
As you continue, the guest bathroom for these rooms is on the right after bedroom 1. The bathroom has a linen closet, tub with removable shower head and nice size sink. There is a window in the shower area to allow for natural light.
Beyond both bedrooms and bathroom, you will come to the open concept dining, living and kitchen area. The kitchen is mostly open to the living area and is equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher). There is plenty of cabinet and counter space if you like to cook.
The dining area has a glass-top table that seats 4.
The living area has a lot of windows with large sliders you can open to get a nice fresh ocean breeze. For seating, there is an oversized blue leather couch that reclines on each end as well as two oversized white canvas chairs. There is a large 65" flat-screen tv on the wall facing the ocean so you can relax and watch some television with a view. We offer cable and streaming options. The sliders lead to a screened in porch that overlooks the ocean.
Off of the living area, there is a master bedroom also equipped with a large slider that goes out to the screened in porch. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with a convenient closet system to be able to sort your clothes. The bedroom offers a sleep number king size bed, dresser, 43" flat-screen tv, end tables and a small office desk and chair. Cable and streaming is provided in the master bedroom.
There is a screened balcony that directly overlooks the beach and ocean. There is a table with 4 chairs and also 2 loungers.
Min stay required of 28 nights or more. Bookings under 28 nights will not be accepted or considered to ensure we maintain compliance within our HOA guidelines.
All guests staying are required to complete an HOA registration in which I have included a photo snapshot of the information required to stay. There is a $75 registration fee that will be paid on your behalf after you have confirmed your stay, but not less than 7 days prior to your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation, you will be responsible for this charge if the registration was completed and submitted prior to your cancelation.
A booklet with all the community information will be provided within the condo for your review and compliance. Common sense regulations are in place to ensure the enjoyment of all guests and owners.
HOA doesn't allow pets so only a registered service dog will be permitted.
HOA Registration will be sent out at least 10 days prior to your arrival and is required to be completed and submitted at least 7 days prior to check-in to register with the community. The owner will handle the registration fee. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will be charged back the $75 registration fee so the owner can be reimbursed.
May 1st - October 31st is turtle season and all porch lights must be off and blinds closed to avoid any issues with the turtles following the light instead of returning back to Sea after nesting.
Quiet hours for the condo building are 10pm - 8am
No pets are allowed at the community, only service animals. If you are traveling with a service animal, please let us know so we can be sure to register your service animal with the community.
