THIS CONDO WAS NOT AFFECTED BY THE TWO STORMS.This 1 large bedroom and 1 1/2 Bath condo is recently updated with new furniture and appliances. It has a gorgeous view of the intercoastal waters of the Gulf, right from the second floor balcony. Sit and enjoy the many beautiful boats and yachts that go by and you may also see a dolphin. It has a spacious bedroom suite which has a king bed and a large walk in closet . The ensuite bathroom is right off the bedroom which includes a bath/ shower . The condo is directly across from Indian Shores Beach.The condo is equipped with a full Full Kitchen which includes new stainlesssteel appliances fridge , stove , microwave and toaster. It is also equipped with in unit private laundry which includes the washer and dryer. In the family room you will find a queen size dream sleeper sectional sofa. Internet and cable are included. Everything you need is included for your vacation getaway. The Swimming pool is heated and salt water. Fishing right off the dock , outdoor grill area & shuffleboard on property. The condo is a non smoking unit. We provide all necessary linens and towels for your stay . Trolley access is available at the front of the complex where you can travel along gulf Blvd to explore and shop or perhaps make a day trip to the famous Clearwater beach . Many restaurants, ice cream shops are within walking distance. Free parking is available on premises.
