Salt Air is located just off scenic A1A, one of Florida’s iconic coastal routes that runs along the entire shoreline. This is a well-traveled coastal road with a steady flow of traffic and a 45 mph speed limit, offering convenient access to nearby beaches, dining, and attractions. While the front of the home faces the road, the property is set back enough to provide privacy, and the backyard offers a quieter, more relaxed outdoor space for gathering. As a newly built home with modern construction, the interior is well insulated, keeping the inside of the home peaceful and comfortable throughout your stay.
You'll enjoy seamless self-check-in with a personal key code provided before your arrival. You have private access to the entire home and all amenities. Convenient off-street driveway parking is included and can accomodate up to 3 vehicles. Parking on the grass is not preferred but exceptions can be made if there will be more than 3 vehicles during your stay.

The main living area includes a large sectional sofa, a 75-inch Smart TV, and board games for indoor entertainment. The space flows into a fully stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, bakeware, utensils, and everything needed to prepare full meals at home. The dining table seats 7 guests, with an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen island for extra seating. The open layout connects kitchen, dining, and living areas in one shared space, making it easy for groups to stay together throughout the day.

Enjoy Florida’s coastal weather on the covered and fenced patio with a large outdoor dining table that seats 10 guests. A gas grill is also available for guests use. Local Guests: We are generally not able to accept reservations from local guests. If you are local, please contact us for pre-approval and share the reason for your stay.
Visitor Policy: To help maintain a safe, quiet environment and prevent unauthorized gatherings, visitors are not permitted at the property; all individuals on-site must be included in the reservation guest count.
