Check In: no sooner than 4:00 PM
Check Out: no later than 11:00 AM
In high season (Canada Day to Labour Day) different check-in/out times are strictly non-negotiable. Early Access to drop off belongings or to get the beach pass cannot be granted, no exceptions. A fee of $200 will apply for those who arrive early or depart late. In other seasons, reach out to your Host NO SOONER THAN 2 BUSINESS DAYS in advance of your stay to see if early in/late out might be possible. Guests may use the park pass only for the duration of their stay, not prior to check-in or after check-out.

Rental Balance is charged automatically 30 days prior to arrival (unless you reserved on another booking site as balance date may vary)
Damage Deposit is $1000: preauthorized, not charged
There is a cleaning fee of $150 plus taxes for each stay. Guests are still expected to leave the house in a tidy state upon departure. Instructions can be found onsite. Please contact the Owner prior to checkout if you have any questions or additional cleaning fees may apply.

WATERFRONT ACCESS
Lake Ontario is a especially prone to change conditions very quickly. Often in the morning it is tranquil and by your second cup of coffee the wind has picked up and there are nice waves. This is incredibly exciting to observe, but kids and inexperienced swimmers should always be well supervised. One of the greatest pleasures of the beach front however is the hunt for fossils. The limestone in this area is famous for them. It is almost guaranteed that guests will find a trilobite or mullosk to add to their collection. There is no sudden drop off in front of the house. One can comfortably walk out 20m. The house faces directly south so the moonrises are stunning. Rochester's lights are 70km away can be seen on a clear night.
Waterfront is accessed by stairs with railing. These stairs are removed from the water in the fall and returned in the spring (weather depending) but guests are welcome to use the neighbours (to the east) stairs. The waterfront is not protected by a fence, so guests should mind young children while out on the back lawn.
