Rustic log cabin at Robertson lake. Short walk to Beach area. Boat launch and park nearby. There is one king size, one double, 4 single beds and a pull out. A kitchen, living room, dining area make up the main living area. In the winter there is ice fishing and skating on the lake if the conditions are right!

Rules
No pets are allowed without approval.
Guest(s) should respect wildlife. Do not feed animals and make sure to cover the garbage to prevent the invasion wildlife
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage and all cigarettes should be extinguished properly in a safe container not on the ground.
Camp Fires are allowed if the following conditions are followed and fire ban is not in effect
a. Fires should be kept small and contained in fire pit
b. Under no circumstances should flammable liquids be used to start or maintain a fire.
c. A fire under no circumstances be left unattended.
Garbage must be double bagged and NOT LEFT OUTSIDE. Garbage is the responsibility of the tenant and must be taken
Guests are responsible for cleaning before checking-out so that its original condition is restored. If guests prefer not to do the cleaning a $50 fee can be kept from the security deposit in leu of. All garbage is to be removed from property inside and out even if the cleaning fee option is chosen. If any garbage is left behind $50 will be kept from the security deposit.
The owner accepts no liability for personal injuries, sickness or death, loss or damage, negligence
The tenant agrees to be responsible for, and reimburse the Owner(s), in full, within 90 days, for repairs due to damage caused by tenant.
