Built as the artist's studio to the Historic Elliot Barker House (Smokey Bear's Father), it has everything you need: spacious front yard, private entrance from Palace Ave, TV, mid size fridge, coffee, electric oven/microwave, a queen bed and a pull-out sofa.
This beautiful space is comfortable, stylish and equipped with all the amenities needed for your stay in our magical Santa Fe. The living/kitchenet space is comfortable for basic food preparation. The sofa bed can accommodate an additional adult or a child for a total capacity of three at a nominal upcharge for linens. The queen size bed is separated from the living area by wall-to-wall drapes which also add a dreamy feeling to the functional use of the space and privacy.
The fast Internet/WiFi service will make your telecommute and remote work an absolute breeze. 50-inch Roku TV will provide you access to any content through streaming services you subscribe to. Amazon Prime and YouTube Red are included.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a jetted tub, the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing or strolling through the Plaza and Canyon Road on a shopping mission.
Parking: One parking pass will be provided for free street parking on any metered spot on East Palace.
