Our home is situated in Saddlebrooke Arizona. Saddlebrooke is an award winning retirement community and is considered one of the best 55+ type communities in Arizona and the United States. Saddlebrooke is nestled in the Catalina foothills just north of Tucson, The Catalina Mountains are a stunning backdrop to the community and provide stunning vistas from sunrise to sunset. Saddlebrooke offers year-round golf on three top-notch courses, swimming, fitness, hiking, biking, pickleball, tennis, theatre and many other activities. The community also offers five different dining options.
Our home is a popular two bedroom plus den, 1,900 square feet Laredo model which offers an open concept layout, high ceilings and a split bedroom layout . The house is well positioned on a large lot which provides excellent privacy, mountain views at the front of the house and natural area views at the rear. The spacious master bedroom has a 4-piece ensuite bathroom and large walk-i closet. The additional bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house with a great view of the open area as sometimes deer. There is a t.v. room with a small desk. The house also has a second 4-piece bathroom and a separate laundry room. The kitchen is well equipped with a pantry, double ceramic sink, island and garburator. The interior has tasteful southwest décor and paint colors. A large covered patio which extends across the back of the house can be directly accessed through patio doors in the living room and master bedroom. The house has two smart TVs, one regular TV, high speed internet and air conditioning. The oversized two-car attached garage provides direct access into the house.
