You will feel immediately relaxed as you enter our 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 16 comfortably. The living area offers plenty of space for all guests to spread out. For family get togethers the dining area is ideal to share a meal around the elegant dining table or have a quick meal at the kitchen breakfast bar.
The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you would expect in your own home. There is also a full size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor for your convenience.
Why not take a dip in your very own Private Pool and Spa, you can make the most of the famous Florida sunshine at any time during the day as the pool is south facing! Ideal place to sit and relax on the sun loungers or have an outdoor meal around the patio table by the pool.
Windsor at Westside is a beautiful resort with modern facilities and amenities. Located in Central Florida, which is also known as the hub of world famous attractions.The resort is just 2.5-miles away from Walt Disney World. Windsor Hills Resort has gained tremendous popularity for all the right reasons and has become one of the hottest destinations for gated vacation rental resorts in Kissimmee, Orlando.
With a perfect location and 5-star rating, Windsor Hills Resort is surrounded by countless shops, local and international attractions and restaurants of all kinds. To make it a fun-filled vacation for kids at Windsor, the nearest locations are Sea World and Universal Studios at I-4. Here also goes a kind reminder, we do charge additional fee for Pool heating& hot tub of $35/night, BBQ $65/stay. We didn't set it as a mandatory setting due to season difference. Its totally up to you, if you do need them just let me know how many nights exactly.
Please note that we do charge additional damage deposit of $450 after booking. It will be refunded within 3 -5 work days of checkout pending inspection.

Check-in procedure:
Step 1: Meeting up with the service manager outside of the community and accompanied by him to the property.
Step 2: Service manager briefly introduce the entire house and guest sign on property inspection check list.
Step 3: Receiving proxy card from service manager. (Proxy card is used for passing through community gate, please note that replacement cards will cost $50.)
Step 4: In order to receive the wrist bands for amenity access, all guests are required to check in at the front desk as well.

Check- out procedure:
Step 1: Contacting service manager in advance for property inspection and sign the check list.
Step 2: Returning proxy card to Service manager. (Please note that if the card lost, $50 deposit will be nonrefundable)
Step 3: Please kindly collecting the garbage with the trash bag placed within the cabinet under kitchen island. (Supermarket bag is unacceptable.) Placing it on the bench outside of the front door. The garbage will be picked up by 7am from Monday to Sunday.
Step 4: Lock front door and back door upon left.
