Important Notes:
➢ This unit is located at the basement of Triplex. You will need to go through 2 different doors to get in to the unit. We have guests staying upstairs and next door. If any time you encounter any noise concerns, please let us know and we will try our best to help.
➢ Pets are welcome, but dogs only! There is a pet fee per stay maximum of 1 dog. But please no pet on furniture, no pet left unattended, pick up after your pet. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
➢ No TV inside the unit.
➢ If you have more than 2 guests, please let us know at least a day before so we can prepare extra bedding. The sofa bed in the living room is likely can only fit 1 adult.
➢ No dishwasher, please prepare to wash dishes by hand
➢ There is no thermostat in the unit. If you need to adjust the temperature please contact us, we can adjust between 20-24 degree for you
➢ Kindly respect the quiet hours from 9pm-8am.
➢ There is no washer and dryer available in unit.
➢ You can park on the grass in front of the house. Other area on driveway is not available. Guests are permitted to park in the street but please do not park near fire hydrant or block neighbor’s driveway
