This well appointed home is located in a clean, well kept , safe neighborhood, and is nestled by a small duck pond. At night the pond's lighted fountain makes a splashing sound which makes the screened back porch a place of peace, tranquility, and great for meditation or that celebration cigar. Early in the morning, you will see the ducks, cranes, and several other birds species that make for fun and very interesting viewing.
There is a community pool, park, walking trails, and a local library for the long-term guests to use. A regional shopping mall, and virtually every restaurant and store you can imagine are only 10 minutes, or less, away. Indialantic Beach is 8 miles from the house and other beaches just minutes further away. Kennedy Space Center is 30 minutes from the house and the Disney parks are 60 minutes away. The home was recently remodeled, is sparkling clean, freshly painted, and Covid-19 disinfected between each guest. You will feel safe and comfortable in this well appointed home with leather, reclining couch and love seat for relaxing while watching cable TV in the living room and wi-fi can be used thought the house. The kitchen is well appointed and there is an indoor laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer on the premises for you to use, and we provide wash detergent and fabric softener. There is a Weber Grill on the spacious back porch for Bar-B-Q'ing with gas that is included.
