You will find comfort and class in this beautifully decorated home just miles away from Val Vista lakes and downtown Gilbert. Walk to Starbucks and the grocery store. This property is close to many golf courses and hiking trails. This property would be perfect for 2 couples ( Each bedroom has its own bathroom and are on opposite sides of the house).
May not be suitable for small children due to the pool ( NOT HEATED ) EXTREMELY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD -NO PARTIES.
All pets should be away from the furniture, if dog hair is found under the cushions an additional charge may be added.
