In New Aquitaine, 1 hour 10 minutes from Bordeaux, in the heart of the Double forest, 20 minutes from Montpon train station and 15 minutes south of Ribérac, come and log out in our lovely farmhouse, renovated in 2017. It offers 2 accommodation units that guarantee you peace and independence.
In the main house: on the ground floor 1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed and 2 bunk beds of 90x190. Then 1 shower room, a bathroom with WC and 1 additional separate WC. The kitchen offers all the comfort for lovers: beautiful cooking piano with 3 ovens, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc. A large fireplace in the living room will allow you to grill them with the firewood we leave at your disposal. The 3 arched patio doors provide light and a very nice view of the surrounding ponds. Also in the house, upstairs: a large playroom with a bedroom area (1 bed 140x190), magnificent frame 300 years old in the overturned boat hull.
In the rehabilitated sheepfold: lots of character also with modern comfort. A large room with wood stove, a large comfortable sofa bed of 140x200 and a bed of 80x200. The kitchen area also offers: gas hob with oven and dishwasher. The bathroom includes the WC. The whole is around 45m2.
In a garden of around 10,000m2, you will find a swimming pool, a very large trampoline, a climbing frame and a large cabin for children. The view is clear and the breathtaking sunsets!
