Exceptional quaint & quiet studio cabin/guest home on large corner lot. Beautiful heavily wooded neighborhood with lots of wildlife. Great walking and biking area. There are many opportunities for hiking, biking, and kayaking nearby. Safeway is located 1 mile down block with a Starbucks. Famous Prescott City Courtyard Square 2 miles down White Spar/Montezuma with many wonderful shops and restaurant's.
The space
This unit is a stand alone studio cabin/guesthouse in the woods. It has a queen bed in the main entry room and a queen sofabed in the living room along with a full kitchen with cafe height table, full size stove/oven, and full size refrigerator/freezer and one bathroom with full size tub/shower combo. Unlimited internet access is provided.
Guest access
Parking is to the right in front of the orange cones and parallel in front of unit . All space within studio unit can be used. Trash is out front door to the right past the garage. Please place in appropriate containers upon leaving. Please do NOT make beds, the cleaning service has a protocol. Please discuss with host shared laundry facilities, if needed. There is a laundry facility 1.5 miles north on Gurley Street.
